and our super hardy beautiful white silkies.
We are also proud members of the American Silkie Bantam Association
We have spent more than 20 years working with our Silkie Chickens.
We think you will find our selection of Silkie Chickens to be among the finest available.
We offer our poultry in 4 different forms, hatching eggs, day old chicks, started birds, and adult birds.
We are A Licensed Poultry Blood Testing facility. Call us if you need to have your birds tested for showing.
We hatch chicks March 15th - November 1st.

In 2009 we shipped a record number on silkie chicks, and sadly enough we were very unhappy
with the treatment of our chicks by the United States Postal Service. .
As of 1- 10 - 2010 we have a new system set up to ship live chicks.
We ship chicks of three age brackets.
* Day old chicks
* Juvinile 8 weeks + stage (BEST DEAL! we can ship 3- 9 juveniles per box) Saving you big !!
* Adult Poultry Over 4 months of age.
* Day old chicks are only shipped the first and third Monday and Thursday of every month. EXPRESS MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY...ONLY.
To overnight your chicks ( the only shipping method we offer) will cost 29.00 plus the box fee of 7.95.
* Any bird over the age of one day and less than one month will not ship, but can be picked up at the farm.
Folks are welcomed to pick up chicks at the farm and save on shipping....HOWEVER, you must have a scheduled farm appointment.
We only take Farm appointments Friday - Sundays .. again by appointment only.
*Any bird over one month MUST ship Next Day Express mail USPS in pairs in a filtered box.( filtered box fee applies)
*Shipping, and box fee must be paid at time order is placed, this is the only way we can keep the hatching process moving.
We understand that the recent rate hikes by the shipping companies are a burden, and we offset that for you at our cost by including free chicks with every order.
We cannot ship poultry at any age when temperatures are above 92 daytime. We will monitor heated temps and notify you in advance before shipping.

Please understand we have spent years developing these beautiful birds, it is a shame for the Post Office to even lose one of them.
